Stephen K. Fletcher is a partner at Heymann & Fletcher with more than 45 years of legal experience. His practice focuses on family law matters, including divorce and domestic violence, as well as municipal court matters and real estate transactions. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for providing thoughtful counsel and practical guidance to clients navigating complex legal issues.
Mr. Fletcher was honored with the Morris County Bar Association Family Practice Award in 2018, recognizing his contributions to the practice of family law and his commitment to the legal community. He also serves as a volunteer panelist for the Morris County Matrimonial Early Settlement Program and is a court-approved Economic Mediator, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and reach fair financial agreements.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Fletcher is deeply committed to public service. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Program and actively participates in representing indigent women who are victims of domestic violence. Through both his professional work and volunteer efforts, Mr. Fletcher has dedicated his career to advocating for clients and supporting vulnerable members of the community.
